| dc.description.abstract | Time Delay Estimation (TDE) has been studied for a long time in the field of signal processing, sonar, radar, seismic waves, and radio waves. This paper uses the Matrix Pencil Method to restore super-resolution Time Delay Estimation (TDE) of signals in multi-path settings (MPM). To validate the proposed algorithm, errors were measured and compared to the traditional Multiple Signal Classification (MUSIC) and cross-correlation methods. TDE uses cross-correlation to develop calculations based on a single model called the optimal environment, but the accuracy of measurements continues to deteriorate as two or three signals are gradually entered at × shorter than the time period, necessitating super-resolution accurate time delay calculations such as MPM and MUSIC. Through correctly identifying and quantifying all components to their resolution limits and solving closely spaced frequencies, the proposed super-resolution MPM algorithm outperforms conventional approaches. ? 2021 IEEE. | - |
