| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 공공시설물의 유지관리 전략 수립 시 자산관리 개념을 도입하기 위한 기초연구를 하였다. 공공기관의 유지관리 실태 분석과 자산관리 시스템의 도입을 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 설문조사는 자산관리 시스템을 구축하는데 필요한 시설물의 유지관리 우선순위 파악, 시설물의 가중치 선정을 위한 중요도, 시설물의 서비스 수준 평가를 위한 평가요소, 현행 유지관리 현황분석 및 개선사항 도출, 자산관리 이행수준 평가 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 공공시설물의 안전관리 위주의 유지관리 정책에서 시설물의 생애주기를 고려한 자산관리 체계로의 전환을 위한 현황파악을 위한 연구이다. 본 연구를 토대로 자산관리 시스템 도입전략을 구축하고 자산관리 시스템 구축을 위한 기본자료로 활용될 수 있는 자료를 제시하였다. | - |
