| dc.description.abstract | 스마트폰의 보급으로 인해 다양한 형태의 모바일 간편결제 서비스들이 시장에 출시되었고, 오프라인에서 이용되는 모바일 간편결제 서비스 중 가장 많이 이용되는 것은 마그네틱카드 정보를 무선으로 보내는 탭앤페이 방식의 삼성페이이다. 본 연구는 삼성페이로 대표되는 모바일 간편결제 서비스가 더욱 확산되기 위한 전략적 방향을 도출하고자 실험을 진행하였고, 보안성 및 편의성에 대한 소비자의 인식이 사용 경험, 분실위험, 경쟁제품 등에 따라 변화됨을 확인하였다. 구체적으로 스마트폰의 분실가능성이 점화되었을 때, 삼성페이를 경험한 소비자조차도 보안성에 대한 평가가 내려갔으며, 이는 삼성페이의 결제 시스템이 생체인증으로 보호됨을 경험했음에도 불구하고 여전히 스마트폰에 민감한 정보가 집중되는 것에 대한 불안감이 존재함을 시사한다. 또한, 경쟁제품인 신용카드를 점화하였을 때는 편의성에 대한 소비자 인식이 사용경험과 무관하게 감소하였는데, 이는 삼성페이의 편의성은 결제 과정의 편리함이 아니라 소지의 간소화라는 점을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 실험 결과들을 바탕으로 실무적 시사점 및 향후 연구주제에 대해 논하였다. | - |
