- Abstract
- 본 연구는 치료동의능력의 하위요인 중 적용능력과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 임파워먼트와 분노 변인의 역할을 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구참여자는 경남 및 전남 소재의 정신건강의학과에서 통원치료를받고 있는 정신질환자 중 자발적으로 동의한 191명으로 구성되었다. 치료동의능력이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 임파워먼트와 분노 변인의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 임파워먼트는 적용능력과 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 완전매개하였으며, 이는 분노조절 수준에 의해 조절되었다. 본 연구의 의의와제한점을 논의하였고, 추후 연구에 필요한 시사점을 제안하였다.
