| dc.description.abstract | 기업가정신과 창업 활동은 혁신을 통해 경제의 구조적 변화를 가속화시켜 국가경제발전과 경쟁력 향상을 위한 촉매제로서 역할을 한다. 따라서 기업가정신과 창업 교육은 특히 4차 산업을 선도할 청소년들의 기업가정신 문화를 배양하고, 나아가 일자리 창출과 성장 동력을 창출하기 위한 매우 중요한 과제이다. 유럽과 미국을 중심으로 한 해외 선진국의 경우, 기업가정신 교육 프로그램은 유치원에서 대학에 이르는 전체 청소년을 대상으로 체계적으로 교육이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 앞으로 자라나는 청소년들에게 반드시 필요한 기업가정신의 함양을 위하여 청소년을 위한 기업가정신 교육프로그램의 개발을 위한 교육체계와 이론적 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다. | - |
