| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문은 선행연구를 기반으로 전통적 기업가정신과 사회적 기업가정신과의 관련성 하에서 소셜벤처 기 업가정신의 특성을 설명하고자 한다. 사회적 기업가정신의 특성을 분석한 Samer(2012)의 특성요인을 근거로 델파 이(Delphi) 분석을 수행하기 위한 폐쇄형(Closed-ended) 설문지를 개발한 후, 소셜벤처 창업자를 대상으로 총 2회 에 걸쳐 델파이분석을 위한 설문조사를 진행한다. 연구결과, Samer(2012)이 제시한 22가지의 사회적 기업가정신 요인 중 국내 소셜벤처 창업자가 인식하는 기업가정신의 특성은 성과지향성, 가치창조자, 혁신가, 선도자, 기회알 림, 지속성, 변화 선도, 사회적 가치창출, 사회적 경각, 높은 책임감으로 분석되었다. 분석결과는 국내 소셜벤처 창 업자에게 요구되는 주요 특성으로 의미를 가진다. 이러한 분석내용은 소셜벤처에 대한 이론 정립과 소셜벤처 창업 자의 역할수행에 관한 이해를 돕는 자료로써 의미를 가진다. | - |
