| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 청소년의 반사회적 또래 동조성과 또래 괴롭힘 방관 및 방어 행동 간의 관계에서 도덕적 이탈의 매개 효과를 확인하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 울산, 부산, 인천, 전주의 중‧고등학교에 재학 중인 305명의 학생을 무선 표집하여 설문 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0을 활용하여 Pearson 적률상관과 구조모형을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 청소년의 반사회적 또래 동조성이 또래 괴롭힘 방관 및 방어 행동에 미치는 영향에서 도덕적 이탈의 완전매개효과가 확인되었다. 결과를 토대로 또래 괴롭힘 방관 행동 감소 및 방어 행동 증가 방안과 도덕적 이탈 수준을 감소시키기 위한 교육 및 상담 차원의 방안 및 제한점 등이 논의되었다. | - |
