트랜스포터의 중량물 운송상태 모니터링 시스템 개발

Abstract

In shipyard, transporters are essential transportation equipment. However, during transporting blocks by transporters, the blocks overturning accident can incur by changed the center of grav- ity of them. Current transporters are tried to transport the blocks in safety on the basis of opera- tor experience and judgment. Unfortunately the methods are ineffective to prevent the blocks overturning accidents. In fact, these accidents are happening continuously. Therefore, it is neces- sary to take measures to prevent the accidents in advance by informing operators of the blocks transportation state of the transporters. In this paper, to prevent the blocks overturning accidents, a monitoring system for blocks transportation state of transporter was developed. The requirements of field workers were analyzed and the development system was designed. In addition, perfor- mance evaluations were conducted on development systems to complete performance verification.
