| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 희망과 진로 변인의 관계에 대한 효과크기를 분석하고 진로교육 및 진로상담 영역에 필요한 희망의 역할과 가치에 대한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 국내에서 발표된 희망과 관련된 진로 변인 36편(k=109)의 논문을 대상으로 R을 이용한 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 희망과 진로관련 정적변인의 전체효과크기는 .5494으로 매우 높게 나타났다. 희망과 진로관련 부적변인의 전체효과크기는 -.3920으로 부적으로 높은 크기를 보였다. 희망과 관련된 진로 하위변인들의 효과크기는 진로정체감, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로성숙도, 진로행동, 진로장벽, 진로포부의 순으로 나타났다. 조절변인의 효과크기는 대학생, 청소년, 경력단절여성, 초등학생 순으로 집단 간 차이가 유의미하였다. 대학생은 .6309이고 청소년이 .4534으로 다른 집단에 비해 높은 효과크기를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 진로에서의 희망에 관한 개입 방안과 시사점, 제한점 등이 논의되었다. | - |
