| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 중등교사의 정당한 세상에 대한 개인적 믿음과 교직 만족도의 관계에서 내적통제성을 통한 교사 직무스트레스의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 중등교사 375명을 대상으로 정당한 세상에 대한 개인적 믿음, 내적통제성, 교사 직무스트레스, 교직 만족도를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정당한 세상에 대한 개인적 믿음과 교직 만족도의 관계를 교사 직무스트레스가 부분 매개하였다. 둘째, 교사의 정당한 세상에 대한 개인적 믿음과 교사 직무스트레스의 관계를 내적통제성이 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정당한 세상에 대한 개인적 믿음이 교직 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 내적통제성을 통한 교사 직무스트레스의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 제언을 논의하였다. | - |
