| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문은 중국 당국의 자국의 대표적인 인터넷 기업들에 대한 규제 정책에 대해 반독점규제 사례를 중심으로 분석하였다. 이를 통해 본 논문은 중국 당국의 인터넷과 인터넷 기업들에 대한 규제가 대내 정책과 대외 정책의 복합적 함의가 있는 행태라는 점을 규명하였다. 본 논문은 중국 당국의 규제가 대내적으로는 4차 산업시기 국가 경제에 중요한 영역을 차지하고 있는 인터넷 산업의 건전한 발전을 추구하고자 하는 경제적 목적과 더불어 장기 집권을 준비중인 시진핑 주석의 정치적 장애물 제거라는 정치적 목적까지 함께 추구하는 이중적 의미가 있다고 주장한다. 대외적으로는 인터넷의 초국경성이 중국의 국가안보와 국가이익을 위협하는 요인이라고 보고 중국 당국이 이에 대한 대응과 대비를 한다는 의미가 있다고 주장한다. | - |
