- Abstract
- 본 논문은 승강기 원격 모니터링 및 제어를 이용한 유지관리기술의 발전방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로한다. 엘리베이터 업계는 IoT, 클라우드, 빅데이터, 모바일 기반의 4차 산업 환경을 접목해 고장률을 줄이기 위한유지관리 기술 개발을 지속해왔다. 본 논문에서는 주요 엘리베이터 제조사의 각종 운전정보를 수집하고 결함에 대한 조치를 취하는 원격 감시·제어 분야의 승강기 유지관리 기술의 발전 추이를 비교·분석하였고, 이러한 사례분석을 통하여 엘리베이터 원격 모니터링 및 제어시스템의 시스템 요소 및 기능적 요구사항을 고찰하였으며, 관련 특허에 대한 인용도지수 CPP(Cites Per Publices), 영향력지수 PII(Public Impact Index), 기술력지수 TS(Technology Strength), 시장확보지수 PFS(Patent Family Size), IP-History 분석을 통하여 엘리베이터 원격 모니터링 기술개발 방향 등을 제시하고자 하였다.
