| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 노인의 우울이 인지기능에 미치는 영향 관계에서 건강상태의 매개효과 및 경제활동의 조절효과를 분석하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 전국표본을 대상으로 하는 한국보건사회연구원의 2017년 노인실태조사 자료를 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 우울은 인지기능 및 건강상태에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 건강상태는 인지기능에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 우울과 인지기능의 관계에서 건강상태의 유의미한 매개효과를 확인하였다. 넷째, 노인의 경제활동 여부에 의한 조절효과는 우울이 건강상태에 미치는 경로와 건강상태가 인지기능에 미치는 경로에서 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지적 함의를 제시하였다. | - |
