| dc.description.abstract | 연구목적: 본 연구는 성인의 고위험음주와 관련된 인구사회학적 및 건강관련 요인을 연령군별로 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구방법: 제 6기 국민건강영양조사(2012-2015년)의 만 19세 이상 성인 15,949명의 자료를 사용하였고, 고위험음주 관련 요인을 파악하기 위해 복합표본 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 고위험음주 관련 요인은 19-39세 연령군에서는 고용상태와 흡연상태였고, 40-59세 연령군에서는 성, 고용상태, 흡연상태, 비만, 우울감이었으며, 60세 이상 연령군에서는 성, 교육수준, 고용상태, 흡연상태, 복부비만, 주관적 건강상태였다. 결론: 연령군별로 성인의 고위험음주와 관련된 공통 요인뿐만 아니라 차이나는 요인들을 다룰 수 있도록 차별화된 고위험음주 예방 및 중재 프로그램을 구성하고, 전 생애주기 접근의 방식으로 통합하여 적용한다면 고위험음주를 감소시키는데 효과적일 것이다. | - |
