| dc.description.abstract | 건축물에 CPTED를 적용하기 위해서는 건축물의 생애주기 초기단계인 설계단계에서 CPTED를 적용하는 것이 중요하다. 한편, 건축분야에서는 건축물의 생애주기별 정보연계 및 각 단계별 필요한 시뮬레이션에 활용 가능한BIM(Building Information Modeling) 사용이 증가하고 있다. 특히 건축 신고및 인허가 단계에서도 BIM을 활용하여 적법성 검토를 할 수 있도록 건축행정시스템이 개선되었다. 이러한 건축분야의 변화에 맞춰 CPTED 분야에서도BIM을 활용하기 위한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. BIM을 활용한다면 기존의 건축물의 생애주기 단계별 CPTED 적용에 나타난 다양한 한계점을 보완할 수있을BIM과것으로기대된다. 따라서, 본인허가단계에서연구에서는CPTED적용을 위한 법제도를 고찰하고, 1) 설계단계, 2) 건축 신고 및 인허가단계, 3) 한국셉테드학회 디자인 인증단계에서 CPTED를 적용할 때 활용 가능한 BIM 관련 연구를 고찰한다. 이를 통해 향후 연구 방향을 도출하는 것을목적으로 한다. | - |
