| dc.description.abstract | 연구목적: 본 연구는 경력간호사의 초보간호사 시절 이직의도 극복 경험을 확인하기 위한 탐색적 연구이다. 연구방법: 연구 대상자는 4-6년 차 경력간호사 10명으로 개방형 질문지로 이직의도 경험과 이를 극복하였던 경험들을 기술하도록 한 후 이를 토대로 전화면담을 실시하여 충분한 경험을 탐색하였으며, 경험은 질적내용분석법으로 분석. 연구결과: 이직의도 극복 경험에서 15개의 하위주제와 ‘간호현장 이해하기’, ‘지지체계 경험하기’, ‘직무에 만족하기’, ‘숙련가로 발전하기’와 ‘극복하며 성장하기’의 5개 주제를 도출하였다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 초보간호사의 긍정적 성취요소로 이직의도 극복 경험을 반영한 프로그램 개발에 활용할 수 있다. | - |
