| dc.description.abstract | 건설 프로젝트 기획단계에서 이루어지는 타당성 및 경제성 분석은 건설사업관리에 있어서 매우 중요한요소이며, 이는 향후 건설 프로젝트의 진행에서도 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 정확한 타당성 및 경제성 분석에 있어서는 적정공사비 산정 즉 프로젝트 초기단계에서 이루어지는 예산은 건설 프로젝트의 성패를 좌우할 만큼 많은영향을 공사비를 예측하거나 견적하는 방법에 대한 다양한 방법들이 개발되고 있으나, 주로 건축공사와 골조공사를 대상으로 하는 경우가 많으며, 건축설비와 관련된 공사비의 예측에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설사업에서 공사비 다음으로 높은 수준의 비용을 차지하고 있는 기계설비와 세부공사비에 대한 대략적인 추정치를 제시하였다. 총면적과 단위면적당 공사비의 상관관계를 분석하여 계산한 회귀모형을 이용하여 회귀방정식을 도출하고 사례검증을 통해 회귀방정식의 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다. | - |
