dc.description.abstractAutomobiles, home appliances, aviation parts, and industrial parts consist of several wires. Multiple wires are taped to the wire module and assembled into a single strand. Several electric wires are manually assembled into one module. This manual wire module manufacturing method is time consuming. It also increases the taping defect rate according to the skill level of the worker. A taping device that tapes an electric wire using rotational force is used to solve this problem. In this study, we simulated the stress exert on the bearing and gear shafts, which are the rotating parts of the body that transmit power in the taping device, and verifed it for body production.-
