중국 중관촌과학기술단지에 대한 정책과 성과연구

Abstract

Zhongguancun Science Park(“ZSP”) located in Beijing, China, has made rapid progress, and formed a cluster combining R&D, production and sales. Among 53 hi-tech industrial development zones nationwide, the Beijing Municipal Government's policy for ZSP is estimated as the most innovative and advanced one. Since its formation in 1980, ZSP has been the role model of other hi-tech zones and the driving force of China's science & technology policy. With the above background, this article aims to provide a practical outlook of China's science & technology policy with its evaluation through the study on policies and regulations for ZSP. To satisfy the aim, this article provides the developing process of ZSP by dividing it into three stages, analyses policies for ZSP with focus paid to the contents of "Regulations of the ZSP", and points out the achievement and issues of ZSP.
