Mucinous adenocarcinoma of the renal pelvis with giant hydronephrosis

Abstract

Mucinous adenocarcinoma of the renal pelvis is a rare tumor, and this is associated with renal stone, hydronephrosis and pyelonephritis. We report here on a case of mucinous adenocarcinoma of the renal pelvis with a review of the relevant literatures. The patient was a 74 year-old woman who had left giant hydronephrosis with multiple renal stone.
