| dc.description.abstract | 배경: A군 연쇄구균을 검출할 수 있는 신속항원검사는 시행하기 간편하고 , 배양 시간을 절약하는 장점이 있다 . 국내에서 개발된 신속항원검사 SD Bioline Strep A 시약을 평가하고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방법: 건강한 초등학생 308명으로부터 3회 인후도말을 시행하였다 . 처음 두 개 면봉은 SD Bioline Strep A와 Quidel Quick Vue Dipstick Strep A 신속항원검사를 시행하였고, 세 번째 면봉은 세균배양을 하였다. 결과: 세균배양 결과를 기준으로 SD Bioline Strep A의 예민도, 특이도, 양성예측률 및 음성예측률은 79.3%, 88.9%, 72.2% 및 92.2%였다. Quidel Quick Vue Dipstick Strep A의 예민도, 특이도, 양성예측률 및 음성예측률은 58.5%, 93.8%, 77.4% 및 86.2%였다. 결론: SD Bioline Strep A는 Quidel Quick Vue Dipstick Strep A에 비해 예민도가 유의하게 높았으며, 특이도는 약간 낮았다. 신속항원검사 SD Bioline Strep A는 세균성 인두염을 빠르게 진단하고, 적합한 항균제 치료를 하는 데 유용할 것으로판단한다. | - |
