슬관절 전 치환술 후 발생한 외측슬하동맥의 가성 동맥류에 대한 치료적 색전술 -증례보고-

Abstract

슬관절 전 치환술 후 발생하는 외상성 가성 동맥류는 드문 합병증으로 알려져 있고 국내에서의 보고도 미미한 실정이다. 저자들은 원발성 퇴행성 관절염으로 슬관절 전 치환술을 시행 받고 수술 후 7일째에 발생한 외측슬하동맥의 외상성 가성 동맥류에 대해서 경도관 색전술로 치료하여 12개월 추시 관찰 소견상 재발 없었던 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하고자 한다.색인단어: 슬관절, 가성 동맥류, 색전술2.Calligaro KD, Dougherty MJ, Ryan S, Booth RE: Acute arterial complications associated with total hip and knee arthroplasty.
