전자상거래분쟁에 있어서 온라인 ADR 활용방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

…This paper analyzed ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution) and Online ADR using as a system to settle disputes without having to pursue a judgement through the courts. ADR program has the several significances, decreasing inappropriate cost as time and economic, providing an approachable measure of relief and more efficient tool for settlement of dispute. Lately, as Internet technology develops, the scale of electronic commerce increases. Accordingly, as disputes in the electronic commerce also happen more frequently, it needs that Online ADR applying the internet to exiting ADR. However, Online ADR is difficult to investigate cases and to create atmosphere and induce dynamic feelings, which are possible in the process of dispute resolution through face-to-face contract. Despite such difficulties, Online ADR is expanding its area. Regarding various dispute of offline and online, this paper considers some scheme using the characteristic of exiting ADR and Online ADR.
