- Abstract
- 십이지장 정맥류 출혈은 간문맥 고혈압 환자에서 드물게 발생하지만 일단 출혈하게 되면 생명을 위협할 정도로 심하다. 치료방법으로는 내시경적 결찰술과 경화요법, 수술적 제거, 방사선학적 중재시술 등이 있으나 현재까지 가장 효율적인 치료방법에 대해서는 정립이 되어 있지 않다. 저자들은 토혈 및 흑색변을 주소로 내원한 간경변증 환자에서 발생한 십이지장 정맥류 출혈을 내시경적 결찰술과 경화요법으로 치료에 성공한 2예를 경험하였기에 국내의 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.
