| dc.description.abstract | 규산질비료가국화의발근과생육에미치는영향을알아보기위해절화용국화 ‘Backwang’과분화용국화 ‘Pink Pixie Time’을실험작물로하여 1차실험은규소가국화의삽목발근에미치는영향을알아보고자수행하였고 2차실험은규소가국화의생육에미치는 영향을알아보고자수행하였다. 1차실험에서는 ‘Pink Pixie Time’ 을실험작물로하여토실이상토 3L에규산질비료 0, 30, 60, 90g을첨가하여국화의발근을조사하였다. 2차실험에서는 ‘Backwang’ 을실험작물로하여피트모스와펄라이트가혼합된배지 20L 에규산질비료 0, 60, 90, 120g, 240g 을첨가하여발근된삽수를정식하여국화의생육을조사하였다. 1차실험에서는배지에혼합된규소함량이많아질수록초장과근장이길어졌다. 뿌리의생체중과건물중은처리간에차이를보이지않았다. 2차실험에서는분지수, 초장, 마디수, 경경을조사한결과규산질비료첨가구가무첨가구보다생육이우수하였고건물률에서는처리간의유의성이없었다. 잎, 줄기, 뿌리의생체중의경우에도 무첨가구에비해첨가구가높게나왔다. 흰가루병은규산질비료의시용에상관없이모두발생했다. | - |
