dc.description.abstractRecently, the complication and large scale of the construction project have caused a lot of problems of cooperation and information sharing. There are many research activities based on techniques of the virtual construction system. For solving this problems, There are many research activities. But, the research, related on an equipment planning, is lacking for sharing and exchanging the information among participants of the project. Therefore, This paper is one of the researches for making an infrastructure of the equipment planning that is one of the virtual construction system. This paper is focused on Tower-Crane and should analyze the process for the selection of Tower-Cranes, through analysing proceeding researches and real construction sites, and Database ,previously using in BIM tools. As a result, making Database, based on real used Tower-Crane, import in BIM tools. Adopting of the Database based on actual Tower-Cranes enables participants to review expecting problems, which can reappear in real construction site, by building construction structures in a BIM system. This function could be used as an important tool of virtual construction system.-
