지리정보시스템을 활용한 국공유지 관리용 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

Abstract

국공유지 관리를 하기위해서 파일형태로 관리되는 프로그램이 있지만 현재 대부분은 엑셀형태로 관리되고 있으며 지리정보시스템과 연결되어 있지 않다. 따라서 현장 조사, 정보입력 및 입력정보의 확인 등에 많은 인건비와 시간 비용을 지불하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 시정하고 국공유지 현장조사관련 정보의 활용가치를 높이고자 본 연구에서는 GIS를 활용하여 국공유지에 대한 위치정보와 속성정보를 연계한 국공유지 관리용 프로그램을 구축하였다. 많은 양의 현장조사용 정보를 보다 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 국공유지 관련 데이터베이스(지적도면, 수치지형도)를 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 해당 건물 이미지 검색과 각종 관련정보의 연계 활용은 물론 지번·소유자·임차인 등의 검색과 임차관리 및 매매 매수 관리를 할 수 있도록 개발하였다.

Although there is a file type information system to manage the parcel, government owned land management is used by the Excel file type and is not connected with GIS. And so, it is spend much more money and times to survey nation owner's land informations in the field, to input the informations, to confirm inputted the informations. In this study, Government Owned Land Information System which is linked with the location information and property information is constructed by the GIS. It is structured by the nation owner's land database(a cadastral map, a numerical topographical map) which is able to manage many documents and surveying informations in the field. This system has many functions which is to search for the parcel image or rent a parcel, owner and cadastral number, to link various informations, to lease management, buying and selling.
