Abstract

Recently, serviced residence is regarded as a new culture of residence and is growing highly. This kind of residence was boomed in global market. And now it is booming in domestic market. Because korean usually need a house as a good. Since 2000, this culture has been changed. by expansion of one room and officetel market. This time the problems of serviced residence were checked. It unvailed that the serviced residence have problems of maintenance management. Especially it thrived that complain, service order, and treatment of order. As a result of having referenced idea as describe above, this paper will be studied by this process. First, definition of serviced residence is researched and the present condition of them in domestic market is researched. Second, trends of maintenance management are consider to check trends nowadays. Third, elements and effects are derive from existing management system by real cases of serviced residential. Fourth, Method of a Maintenance Management System for Serviced Residence is designed.
