| dc.description.abstract | 경남사회지표조사는 경상남도의 도민의 삶의 질을 파악하고 지역여론을 반영한 시책을 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 것으로 1992년부터 경상남도에 의해 매년 실시되어 오고 있다. 본 논문에서 우리는 경남사회지표조사의 통계적 품질을 검토하였다. 그러한 검토를 토대로 우리는 경남사회지표조사를 보다 실용적이고 효율적으로 만들기 위해 경상남도청에서 시행해야 할 과제로 다음과 같은 사항들을 제안하였다. 첫째, 도민의 의견을 보다 잘 알려줄 수 있는 대표성이 있는 표본이 뽑히도록 해야 한다. 둘째, 활용도가 높아지도록 설문지의 구성 주제에 대한 숙고가 필요하다. 셋째, 성실한 의견을 수렴할 수 있도록 조사원에 대한 교육을 강화해야 하겠다. 마지막으로 추계방법을 개선하여 조사의 결과가 제대로 계산될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. | - |
