dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to develop BIM based High-rise Mixed-use building Maintenance management system(BHMS). Before development system, this study focused on check related computer programing technologies and suggest new ones for BHMS. BHMS is consist of 3D BIM Information, 2D Plan Information, Residence Information and Residents Information. For this system, this study suggested new 3D Modeling Method. It is Space Based 3D Modeling Method which reduced useless 3D objects and remained only Space Information. And the relation between SQL DB and 3D BIM Information is not subordinate, just mutually connected. BHMS is developing with Visual Basic .NET and MS-SQL. However, this study just examinated and suggested related technologies. Therefore, it has to more research for more developing system.-
