| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 결혼이민임신여성을 대상으로 그들의 산후 자가 간호 지식과 신생아 양육 지식정도를 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 본 연구 대상자는 일부 지역의 2개 산부인과 전문병원과 1개 대학 병원 산부인과 외래를 방문한 결혼이민임신여성과 1개 결혼이민자 여성 지원 단체, 1개 출입국 관리사무소, 1개 국제결혼 중개소 등에 등록되어 있는 결혼이민여성 184명이었다. 본 연구결과 일반적 특성 중 산후 자가 간호 지식에 유의한 차이를 나타낸 변수는 나이, 교육정도, 배우자 나이, 한 달 수입, 가족형태였다. 일반적 특성 중 신생아 양육 지식에 유의한 차이를 나타낸 변수는 나이, 입국 전 국적, 학력, 종교, 및 가족형태였다. 산과적 특성 중 산후 자가 간호 지식과 신생아 양육지식에 유의한 차이를 나타낸 변수는 임신 주수, 임신력 이었다. 본 연구결과 결혼이민임신여성의 산후 자가 간호 지식과 신생아 양육 지식은 낮았으며, 산후 자가 간호 지식과 신생아 양육 지식은 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 이들이 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 접근방식을 이용한 맞춤형 산전, 산후간호 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. | - |
