| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 간호대학생의 공감, 자기자비 및 비판적 사고성향이 인간중심돌봄 역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구대상은 G도에 소재하고 있는 5개 대학교에 재학 중인 간호학과 학생 175명으로, 자료수집은 2021년 2월 18일부터 5월 18일까지 실시되었다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 program을 이용하여, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 인간중심돌봄 역량은 공감, 자기자비, 비판적 사고성향 모두와 정적 상관관계가 있었으며, 가장 큰 영향요인으로는 비판적 사고성향(β=.62, p<.001)이었으며, 공감(β=.14, p=.021)이 두 번째로 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났고(F=36.24, p<.001), 48.8%의 설명력을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 인간중심돌봄 역량을 높이기 위해 비판적 사고의 추론과정과 공감능력을 함께 향상시킬 수 있는 임상적 스토리텔링과 사례 중심 수업이 통합된 프로그램 개발이 요구된다. | - |
