| dc.description.abstract | Sump 증후군은 주로 측면 대 측면 총담관-장관문합술을 시행받은 환자에서 음식물 찌꺼기나 담석 혹은 담즙 찌꺼기, 콜레스테롤 결정체 등이 총담관 하부에 축적되어 복통이나 발열 등의 증상이 발생하는 드문 후기 합병증이다. Sump 증후군의 치료는 과거에는 수술이었으나 현재는 내시경 유두괄약근 절개술 등의 내시경 치료가 우선적인 치료 방법이다. 이에 저자들은 과거 측면 대 측면 총담관-십이지장문합술을 시행받은 환자에서 발생한 sump 증후군의 치료로 내시경 유두괄약근 절개술을 시행하였으나 반복적으로 sump 증후군이 재발하여 내시경 유두 풍선 확장술의 시술 후 더 이상의 재발이 없었기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다. | - |
