| dc.description.abstract | FTA는 국제통상의 중요한 환경이다. 이 연구는 지금까지 진행된 FTA 관련보고서를 분석하여 우리나라 FTA협상을 정리하고, 국가적⋅거시적 전략을 제시하였다. 우선 FTA 협상국의 특성을 국가 규모와 발전정도에 따라 4가지로 분류했다. 우리나라는 발전된 소국인 B형으로 구분되었다. 발전된 대국(미국 등)과의 협상은 폭넓은 수준의 FTA를 추구하지만 서로 추구하는 전략이 달라 협상에 많은 시간이 필요하다. 발전된 소국과의 협상에서는 서로가 보완적 혜택을 얻을 수 있으면 쉽지만, 일본과 같이 유사한 산업에서 경쟁한다면 협상에 어려움이 있다. 저발전 대국(중국)과의 협상은 기술확보와 시장개척이라는 서로의 목적이 협상과정에서 복잡하게 얽혀있다. 저성장 소국과의 FTA는 미래시장 개척에 의미를 지닌다. 계속적인 경제발전의 추구로 경제수준이 조금씩 올라가고 있기 때문에 이들의 잠재적 구매력은 상당한 수준으로 예측된다. 본 연구는 네 유형에 따른 우리나라가 격고 있는 협상과정의 문제점을 지적하고 이를 타개하기 위한 FTA 전략을 제시하였다. | - |
