- Abstract
- 본 연구는 경남 및 경북의 지역자활센터 실무자 245명을 대상으로 자기효능감과 조직유효성의 관계에서 직업정체성의 매개효과를 밝히고자 AMOS 7.0 버전을 사용하여 구조방정식모델 분석하였으며, 이러한 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미한지를 검증하기 위해 Sobel(1982)검증 중 Baron과 Kenny(1986)에 의해 이용된 Aroian 검증방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 지역자활센터 실무자의 자기효능감이 직업정체성에 정적상관을 보였고, 직업정체성은 조직유효성에 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 지역자활센터 실무자의 자기효능감은 직업정체성을 매개로 조직유효성에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 그러므로 직업정체성을 중재할 수 있는 매개변인을 탐구하여 자기효능감과 조직유효성 사이에 개입 가능성을 제시했다는데 연구의 의의가 있다. 이 연구의 시사점과 제한점, 그리고 추후연구에서 고려할 점이 논의되었다.
