- Abstract
- 배경: 비디오 흉강경을 이용한 수술법은 자연 기흉의 효과적인 치료 방법으로 받아들여지고 있다. 수술방법은 자동봉합기를 이용한 폐쐐기 절제술, 폐기포 결찰술, 늑막유착술 등을 복합적으로 사용할수 있다. 대상 및 방법: 2002년 2월부터 2006년 6월까지 일차 자연 기흉으로 흉강경하 폐기포결찰술을 시행한 89명의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 평균 65개월 동안 추적하여 재발 여부를 조사하였다. 결과: 폐기포 결찰술에 의한 일차자연기흉의 치료 후에 추적 기간 중 7명(8%)에서 기흉이 재발하였다. 결론: 일차 자연 기흉의 치료볍으로서 흉강경 폐기포 결찰술은 유용한 수술 방법으로 사료된다.
