| dc.description.abstract | 목적: 코우츠병(Coats’ disease) 환자에서 레이저 광응고술 시행 후 자연 치유된 황반 망막 전막 1예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고자한다. 증례요약: 우안 시력저하를 주소로 내원한 17세 남자 환자가 안저 검사상 우안에 장액성 융기, 망막하 출혈, 모세혈관 확장증 및 황반부에 망막 전막 소견을 보였다. 코우츠병 진단하에 모세혈관 확장부위에 레이저광응고술을 시행하였다. 레이저 시행 2주 후 안저 검사상 황반부에 존재하던 망막 전막이 자연 박리되었으며 OCT상 황반부 두께가 감소되었고 시력은 1.0으로 개선되었다. 결론: 황반의 망막 전막이 있는 코우츠병 환자에서 레이저광응고술 시행 후 막이 제거되었고 시력이 개선되는 소견을 관찰할 수 있었다. | - |
