- Abstract
- 점액성 낭선종은 췌장 낭선종양의 10∼15%를 차지하며 악성화의 가능성이 있다. 수술적 절제가 필요한 점액성 낭선종을 가성낭종을 포함한 양성 췌장 낭성 질환으로 오인하여 적절한 치료가 지연된 예들이 간혹 보고되고 있다. 저자들은 췌장염의 병력과 주췌관과 낭종의 연결이 있어 가성 낭종으로 오인하였던 점액성 낭선종을 경험하여 보고한다.
