dc.description.abstract이연구의목적은자연재해가지리교육적주제로서타당한가를검토하고, 재난위험경감의맥락에서지리교과서의자연재해교육내용이지니는한계점을추출하여개선하는데에있다. 이를위하여제1차교육과정에서부터2015개정교육과정에이르기까지지리교과서에서다루고있는자연재해관련내용을분석하였다. 그결과지난70여년동안지리교육에있어서자연재해교육내용은취약성중심의대응및복구에초점이맞춰져있었다. 이를벗어나재난위험경감으로나아가기위해서는회복탄력성중심으로의개념전환이요구된다. 또한, 자연재해개념을더욱정확하게전달하기위해서는자연재해간의상호작용및자연재해와인간활동간의상호작용에대한교수학적관심이필요하다. 마지막으로재해집중발생지역의개념이해를위해세계적시야로부터 국가 규모 및 대도시 규모의 사례를 제시하였다.-
