| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 산림복합경영사업의 관리와 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 찾기 위하여 참여 작목반원들의 의식조사, 산림복합경영사업 관리 등에 대하여 중요도·만족도 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 국유림에서 추진중인 산림복합경영사업에 대한 작목반원의 만족도는 매우 높게 나타났다. 또한, 총 15개의 항목중에서 중요도·만족도 분석을 통해 산림복합경영사업에서 집중적 관리전략이 필요한 분야로 전자상거래 및 직거래 활성화, 생산 및 판매 유통정보 2개 항목이 도출되었다. 그리고 현 상태의 지속적 유지가 필요한 분야는 6개 항목, 낮은 우선순위를 가지는 분야는 3개 항목, 과잉노력을 지양해 할 분야는 4개 항목으로 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 산림복합경영사업의 추진방향 설정 및 제도개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. | - |
