남성경찰관의 성폭력 수사행동 (적극적 수사와 이차폭력) 결정요인 - 성폭력에 대한 편견을 중심으로 -

| dc.description.abstract | 경찰의 성폭력 수사행동을 결정하는 요인을 조사하고자, 경찰의 인지 및 태도(수사임무에 대한 법지식, 보호연계임무에 대한 인지, 성폭력에 대한 편견)와 실제 수사행동(적극적 수사와 이차폭력)의 관계를 검증하기 위한 이론적 모델을 설정하였다. 경남지역 세 도시의 남성경찰 354명으로부터 수집된 설문조사 자료를 토대로 구조방정식 모형검증을 실시한 결과 최종모델이 발견되었다(CFI=0.947, IFI=0.948, RMSEA=0.048). 분석결과, 적극적 수사행동을 결정짓는 요인은 수사임무에 대한 법지식, 보호연계임무에 대한 인지, 성폭력에 대한 편견인 것으로 나타났다. 수사임무에 대한 법지식과 보호연계임무에 대한 인지가 높을수록 적극적 수사행동이 증가되며, 반면 성폭력에 대한 편견은 적극적 수사행동을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 이차폭력 행동을 결정짓는 요인은 수사임무에 대한 법지식인 것으로 나타났다. 수사임무에 대한 법지식이 높을수록 이차폭력 행동이 감소되었다. 특히, 성폭력에 대한 편견은 직접적으로 적극적 수사행동을 감소시킬 뿐 아니라, 수사임무에 대한 법지식과 적극적 수사, 보호연계임무에 대한 인지와 적극적 수사 사이에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 적극적 수사를 강화하고 이차폭력을 최소화하기 위한 방안으로 성폭력관련 법에 대한 교육, 수사지침의 재정비, 의식전환 프로그램, 경찰의 전문화, 수사환경의 개선, 사회복지사와의 연계체계 구축 등이 제안되었다. | - |
