- Abstract
- 바터 팽대부에 발생하는 악성 종양은 대부분 선암(adenocarcinoma)이며 다른 조직학적 형태의 암 발생은 극히 드물다. 특히 선암과 신경내분비암이 동시에 발생하는 복합종양은 매우 드문 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 최근 상복부불쾌감과 황달을 주소로 내원한 60세 여자에서 바터 팽대부암 의심 하에 유문보존 췌십이지장절제술 후 조직학적으로 선암과 대세포 신경내분비암이 병발한 바터팽대부의 충돌종양을 진단하였다. 복합종양 중 대세포 신경내분비암이 췌장 주위 지방조직으로의 침윤 및 림프절 전이가 있어 수술 후 보조항암요법을 받았던 예를 경험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.
