dc.description.abstract0.98 0.98 (Na_(0.44)K_(0.52))Nb_(0.84)O₃-0.02Li_(0.04) (Sb_(0.06)Ta_(0.1))O₃ -0.5 mol%CuO 세라믹스를 일반적인 세라믹스 제조공정 방법으로 제조하였고 세라믹스 제조공정중 다양한 하소방법이 전기적 특성과 미세구조에 주는 영향을 연구하였다. 하소방법에 따라서 0.98(Na0.44K0.52)Nb0.84O₃-0.02Li0.04(Sb0.06Ta0.1)O₃0.5mol%CuO 세라믹스의 최적화 된 조성인 0.98NKN-0.02LST-0.5mol%CuO 세라믹스는 압전상수로 155ρC/N 와 전기기계 결합계수로 0.349의 값을 갖으며, 상전이온도는 440℃ 를 나타냈다. 0.98 (Na_(0.44)K_(0.52))Nb_(0.84)O₃-0.02Li_(0.04) (Sb_(0.06)Ta_(0.1))O₃-0.5mol%CuO 세라믹스의 이러한 특성은 비납계 압전 세라믹 물질로써 굉장히 유망하다는것을 알려준다.-
