- Abstract
- The common causes of acquired tracheal stenosis are post inflammatory change, chest and malignancy, long-term mechanical ventilation, post-intubation injury and tracheostomy complication. We had experienced one case of tracheal stenosis in patient with a history of incorrect tracheostomy. We could treat tracheal stenosis by resection of stenosis part of trachea and end to end anastomosis.
