- Abstract
- 저자 등은 시력저하를 동반한 급성 대사성 뇌병증이 급성A형 간염과 동반하여 발생할 수 있음을 확인하였고, 급성 A 형 간염 환자에서 적극적인 보존적 요법으로 시력소실 등의신경학적 증상에 대해 능동적인 대처를 권고하며 국내에서보고된 바가 없기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
