| dc.description.abstract | Laryngeal stenosis is a partial or complete narrowing of the endolaryngeal airway and it may occur congenitally or may be acquired. Acquired stenosis is caused by iatrogenic injuries from endotracheal intubation or traffic accidents. We report a case of anterior glottis stenosis combined with subglottic granuloma with a history of neck trauma and intubation. We have successfully treated the stenosis using intra-laryngeal thin silicon sheets after adhesiolysis. | - |
