dc.description.abstract이 논문은 1,120℃에서 소결한 0.98(Na0_.5,K_0.5)NbO₃-0.02Ba(Zr_0.52,Ti_0.48)O₃-CuO, ZnO-doped 세라믹스의 증가된 유전 및 압전 특성을 보고한다. 여러 가지 첨가물이 NKN-BZT-CuO, ZnO 세라믹스의 전기적 특성과 구조적 특성을 증가시켜주는 영향을 나타내고 있다. 1,120℃에서 소결한 NKN-BZT-ZnO 세라믹스는 172pC/N 의 압전 상수를 나타낸다. 이러한 0.98(Na0_.5,K_0.5)NbO₃-0.02Ba(Zr_0.52,Ti_0.48)O₃-CuO, ZnO 세라믹스는 유망한 비납계 압전 세라믹스이다.-
