| dc.description.abstract | 목적: 국내에 보고된 바 없는 Drechslera 균종에 의한 진균각막염 1예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고자 한다증례요약: 77세된 남자 환자가 내원 일주일 전부터 시작된 좌안의 이물감 및 시력저하를 주소로 내원하였다. 세극등 검사상 각막 중심부에 상피결손 및 각막 실질의 침윤 소견을 보였으며, 전방내 염증세포가 다수 관찰되었다. 경험적 항생제 치료 후 호전 소견 없었으나,각막 조직 생검 및 배양검사를 재시행한 결과 KOH습식 도말검사에서 균사가 관찰되어 0.25% amphotericin B, 0.2% fluconazole,5% natamycin 점안약을 사용하였다. 임상적으로 각막병변의 호전소견을 보였으며 배양검사에서 Drechslera species가 동정되었다. 결론: Drechslera species에 의한 진균각막염 1예를 치험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. | - |
