Based on this site analysis, many different types in compositional elements of this area are arranged for 'linear' composition-road, 'surface' elements-open space or buildings, 'nature/historic' environment, Then the site were reconstructed according to their organic relationship's lights.
Even though some changes happen, result of these new types would develop land for flexible new life with consistent integrated design and an organic relationship with various developing systems. Through the improvement of old urban environment for sustainable life with a new approach of various urban compositional elements, The study aims to be a trial basis of renewal projects in deteriorated residential areas instead of just focusing on policy suggestions.
