녹색공급망관리에 관한 연구 : 부산·경남지역의 수출제조기업을 중심으로

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 수출기업의 GSCM 관행의 채택, 환경성과, 흡수역량의 관계를 파악하기 위한 연구이다. 제시된 변수들의 관계를 파악하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 GSCM에 관한 문헌연구를 실시하였고 이를 바탕으로 GSCM 관행과 GSCM 관행을 통해 달성될 수 있는 환경성과를 제시하였다. 그리고 기업들이 GSCM 관행을 채택하는데 있어서 흡수역량이 중재변수를 할 것이라고 판단하여 GSCM 관행과 환경성과 사이에 흡수역량이 중재변수의 역할을 수행한다는 연구모형을 제시하였다. 제시된 연구모형을 검증하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 부산·경남 지역의 수출기업 중에서 ISO 14001을 채택하고 있는 기업을 선정하였으며 이들 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문은 75부를 이용하여 연구가설을 분석하였다. 연구가설을 분석하기에 앞서 타당성과 신뢰성을 분석하였고 이렇게 추출된 변수들을 이용하여 가설검증을 실시하였다. 가설검증 방법은 PLS(Patial Least Square)를 이용하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. GSCM 관행 중에서 고객 관리 관행이 환경성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 흡수역량 중에서는 획득과 변환이 공급자 관리 관행에 준중재변수의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. | - |
